Our Skill Share Lineup

21st February - 3D drawing

As part of The Ladybird Project Skill Share programme Woody of Cyclops Pedal Power will be coming in to demonstrate the use of 3D printing pens to create plastic sculptures. The pens can be used for anything from stick men and name writing to detailed 3D sculptures, phone cases and plastic spare parts

Learn how to use 3D pens yourself and how to use them in possible workshop settings.

Food will be provided by the All Hallows cafe for a pay as you feel donation and as usual, the workshop itself will be completely free.

All welcome. We hope to see you there

28th February - Sign Language

This weeks Skill Share will be run by Izzy who will be running an introductory workshop on sign language.

Izzy has been studying sign language for a short while and has fallen in love with it. In her workshop she will be running through basic phrases and concepts, and there will also be lots of opportunity for practice and a game or two! She hopes we can all learn a bit more about the ways of working around hearing difficulties, through this interesting and beautiful language.

Food will be provided by the All Hallows cafe for a pay as you feel donation and as usual, the workshop itself will be completely free.

All welcome. We look forward to seeing you there.

So you want to be a Ladybird?

The best way to get involved in The Ladybird Project is to attend one of our weekly Skill Shares in Leeds. We meet at 6:30pm every Tuesday evening for food at All Hallows in Hyde Park (see the map below). We then start that week’s workshop at 7pm. You don’t need to bring a skill to attend, just a desire to learn. These sessions are completely free to attend with delicious food provided by The Real Junk Food Project for a suggested donation of £1.
